Any tips for baking with a silicone mould?
Some things that can help:
- Stand your mould on a baking tray can prevent cake breakages when carrying
- Although non-stick spray or something similar. Some people have found lightly greasing the mould can make it even easier to get your finished product out
- Don't use sharp implements to get your cake out of the mould
